With a strong focus on pioneering technologies, the company will present solutions for cabin innovations, improved environmental impact, and an enhanced passenger experience.

Three Areas of Innovation at the Diehl Aviation Booth

Under the guiding principle “IMAGINE – Inspire. Collaborate. Create.” Diehl Aviation will take visitors on an interactive journey through the evolution of aircraft cabin interiors. The three dedicated sections will illustrate the process from visionary concepts to fully developed products: Inspire – showcasing concepts and future visions that drive innovation; Collaborate – demonstrating the ongoing development and refinement of ideas; Create – presenting finalized, market-ready solutions that highlight Diehl Aviation’s competencies.

Cabin Demonstrator: A Dynamic and Immersive Cabin Experience

Diehl Aviation's Cabin Demonstrator will feature enhanced interactive elements, including an illuminated entrance area ceiling with a dynamic color display and an expansive rear wall screen, allowing scenarios to be displayed in real time. Advanced cabin illumination technologies, accent lighting, and high-quality materials will create a more immersive passenger experience. Visitors can explore different lighting scenarios and interactive content that showcase retrofit integration, maintenance solutions, and full cabin integration capabilities.

Space³: The Future of Accessible and Smart Lavatories

The Space³ concept offers a groundbreaking solution for long-range aircraft lavatories. Designed for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) or special needs, the exhibit includes a full-scale mock-up of a modular lavatory system that enhances accessibility. Two lavatories can be merged to accommodate wheelchair users, and an updated touchless configuration ensures an inclusive experience for visually impaired passengers. The concept integrates voice and illumination guidance and seamless touchless functions for a hygienic and barrier-free journey. Space3 is also one of Diehl’s finalists at this year’s Crystal Cabin Awards.

ECOefficiency Space: Solutions designed to minimize environmental impact

Solutions for more sustainability takes center stage in the ECOefficiceny Space area, where Diehl Aviation presents a comprehensive portfolio of products designed to minimize environmental impact. Visitors can experience a range of improved materials, including lightweight, recyclable, and bio-based components. Interactive displays will demonstrate the company’s latest advancements in reducing CO₂ emissions, optimizing waste management, and increasing material circularity.

Future Cabin Concept: A Glimpse into Tomorrow’s Aviation

Building on last year’s success, the Future Cabin Concept integrates visitor feedback to present an enhanced vision of a next-generation aircraft cabin. Diehl Aviation will display a full-scale futuristic cabin environment featuring AI-driven interactive use cases for passengers, a physical window unit with an integrated transparent display, and a cabin design based on bionic concepts inspired by nature, emphasizing lightweight materials, sustainability, and industrial design innovations. And digital decorative surfaces with hidden LED elements will create a new level of aesthetic and functional integration.
