Product Manager Cyber Security (all gender)

These are your tasks:


  • You continuously monitor network activities for potential threats, analyze security incidents and implement mitigating measures.
  • You conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, identify security risks and develop strategies to effectively mitigate them.
  • You configure firewalls, antivirus systems and security protocols with a focus on prevention and ensure compliance with cyber security frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001 or GDPR regulations.
  • You will lead employee training on cyber security best practices and work with cross-functional teams to improve the overall security posture.
  • You maintain detailed records of security policies, incidents and remediation actions and regularly report the security status to the divisional board.

Who we are looking for:


  • You have a bachelor’s degree in cyber security, computer science or a related field and proven experience in cyber security, e.g. as a security analyst or penetration tester.
  • You have industry certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+ or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
  • You have strong communication skills to train staff and work effectively with other teams.
  • You are able to develop solutions under pressure in crisis or emergency situations and you can adapt to evolving technologies and new cyber threats.
  • You have excellent spoken and written English skills, German, French or Polish is a plus.
