Project Manager (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

  • Lead agile, global, interdisciplinary teams in developing innovative products from concept to customer delivery.
  • Assemble and manage high-performing project teams, defining work packages, communication strategies, and comprehensive project plans.
  • Balance technical feasibility, stakeholder requirements, costs, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Implement robust project monitoring and control systems, ensuring transparent reporting and effective risk management.
  • Drive change management processes by analyzing impacts, integrating changes, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred), project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA) highly desirable.
  • Over 5 years of managing complex new product development projects with a proven track record of successful delivery in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong proficiency in both traditional and agile project management methodologies, with expertise in tools like MS Project, JIRA and SAP.
  • Excellent technical aptitude, in-depth knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus), and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
