Field Service Representative A-Country
These are your tasks:
- Preparing and providing technical support an on-the-job training for the customer
- Supporting the customer in establishing maintenance procedures
- Performing on-site maintenance for Diehl Defence
- Controlling spares stock and tracking the configuration status of the equipment
- Being the interface between Diehl Defence, local partners and the customer for all in service support matters
Who we are looking for:
- You have an engineering degree or qulified as a technician
- You are experienced in handling and maintraining guided weapons and ammunition
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as good communications skills
- Willing and able to accept the laws and regulation of different cultures
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Work location: Egypt
