Sales Intern Sales Office Singapore - limited for 12 months
These are your tasks:
As Sales Intern you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and take over the following tasks:
- You will coordinate with Sales team for periodical sales forecasting and planning.
- You will monitor and track commercial topics as price lists, receivables (SOA / LC), and order cycle management.
- You will support customer to pre-qualify solutions, approve Diehl Metering brand, and obtain local certificates. Also, offer the first layer of techno-commercial support.
- You will support Sales Managers to submit tenders and commercial proposals.
- You will contribute to the Sales strategy in the region.
Who we are looking for:
- You are fresh graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering or already gained few years relevant experience in a related discipline.
- You are equipped with strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of sales operations, order management, and receivables tracking is an advantage.
- Capable of working effectively in collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently, also characterizes you.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills are required. Additional language is a plus.
