Embedded Software Development Manager (k/m/n)

Technical and disciplinary leadership of the embedded software development team (>30 FTE).
Ensure state-of-the-art embedded software development and foster cross-team collaboration, including beyond the product development team.
Coordinate and plan further software developments, including enhancements of existing solutions, new standard embedded software developments, and customer-specific software solutions.
Oversee project-related goals, including project scope, budget, and schedule management.
Evaluate team and individual software development results and provide support in project execution.
Select appropriate and state-of-the-art tools and agile methodologies to enhance efficiency in embedded software development.
Drive the strategic development of the software department, processes, and organizational structure.

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in embedded software development, combined with strong leadership and management experience as a software team leader, project manager, or product owner in the embedded software domain.
Strong knowledge and experience in embedded software technologies and electronics development.
Responsible, reliable, and a strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent written and spoken English skills (German language skills are an advantage).
