Diehl Brass Solutions will once again be exhibiting at the International Sanitary and Heating Trade Fair (ISH) in 2025 and will be presenting its comprehensive portfolio of lead-free alloys for drinking water applications. From 17 to 21 March 2025, the company will be presenting future-proof material solutions in Hall 4.1, Booth C60 that already meet tomorrow's legal requirements today.

Lead-free innovations for the highest demands

The innovative, lead-free brass solutions from Diehl Brass Solutions, which fulfil the highest standards in the areas of safety, hygiene, health and ecology and offer future-proof alternatives for sustainable drinking water installations, will take the spotlight at the trade fair. eZeebrass in particular sets new standards with its excellent processing quality, high corrosion resistance and outstanding machinability. In addition, the Cuphin family of materials provides versatile solutions with application-specific property profiles and perfectly complements the Diehl Brass Solutions portfolio.

eZeebrass: The premium solution for a lead-free future

The lead-free alloy eZeebrass impresses with an outstanding combination of processing quality, cost-effectiveness and sustainability. Thanks to its optimised composition, eZeebrass offers excellent mechanical properties and high corrosion resistance - ideal for long-term use in drinking water installations. The outstanding machinability and processing quality make the material attractive for industrial production: The targeted use of magnesium as a chip breaker ensures short, automatically manageable chips and enables efficient, automated machining - and is completely lead-free.

With a copper content of 58%, eZeebrass is an economical solution for switching to lead-free materials without compromising on quality and performance. eZeebrass already fulfils the current legal requirements and, as a completely lead-free and environmentally friendly material, makes an important contribution to sustainability.

You are cordially invited to visit Diehl Brass Solutions at the ISH in Frankfurt am Main from 17 to 21 March 2025 and find out more about the innovative, lead-free brass solutions for drinking water applications. You will find the Diehl Brass Solutions team in hall 4.1 at booth C60.
