A Leap from Silver to Gold
Following last year’s Silver Medal, Diehl Metering SP Z OO set ambitious goals to enhance its performance in key areas. These efforts bore fruit, as the site’s overall score improved from 67/100 in 2023 to 74/100 in 2024. This progress underscores the team’s commitment to aligning with the highest standards of corporate responsibility and sustainable practices.
This achievement reflects not only local initiatives but also the broader harmonization approach at Diehl Metering. By ensuring all sites operate at a consistently high level of quality and sustainability, the company enhances customer satisfaction worldwide.
A Year of Growth and Recognition
2024 has been a milestone year for our Polish site. Alongside this Gold Medal achievement, Diehl Metering SP Z OO celebrated the opening of its second plant in Bazanowice. Despite the challenges associated with growth and expansion, the site maintained its focus on sustainability and elevated its performance to new heights.
The Gold Medal is a recognition of the sustained efforts and determination of the Bazanowice team to achieve excellence. It’s also a part of a broader success story within Diehl Metering. While our Saint-Louis site moved from Gold to Platinum and our entire company advanced from Bronze to Gold, Bazanowice transition from Silver to Gold demonstrates that every site contributes to our shared vision of sustainability leadership.
